How PromptWise AI works
Think of PromptWise as a friendly coach who asks the right questions, so the AI you use understands exactly what you need.
1. Share your idea
Type what you'd like AI to help with — a sentence is plenty. Optionally pick a category and the AI tool you'll use.
2. Answer smart questions
PromptWise asks 3–7 questions tailored to your task. Use Guided Mode (one at a time) or Quick Mode (all on one page). Skip anything that doesn't apply, and go back to change answers anytime.
3. Get your prompt
We assemble your answers into a clear, structured prompt. Edit it directly, or use the Improve options to make it shorter, more detailed, more creative, and more.
4. Copy, download, or save
Copy it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or any AI tool. Download a polished PDF, or save it to your library with a free account.

Already have a prompt? Paste it into Prompt Rescue to see what's strong, what's missing, and get an improved version side by side.
Your library
Signed-in users can search, filter, favorite, rename, duplicate, and delete saved prompts. Every saved edit keeps earlier versions.
Six habits for better AI results
- ✦ Say who the result is for — audience changes everything.
- ✦ Describe what a great answer looks like (length, format, tone).
- ✦ Give real details: numbers, names, examples, constraints.
- ✦ Ask the AI to ask you questions if something important is missing.
- ✦ Treat the first answer as a draft — follow up to refine it.
- ✦ Always double-check facts and figures the AI gives you.
